The Conference of Manitoba & Northwestern Ontario Annual Meeting will be taking place May 24-27, 2018 at University Centre, at The University of Manitoba.

Information for On-Campus Accommodations

Check in time is any time after 2:00 PM at the Arthur V. Mauro Residence office, located at 120 Dafoe Road University of Manitoba. Our office is open until 9:00 PM. If you will be arriving after 9:00 PM, please contact me via e-mail and I will arrange for security to give you your keys. Security is on duty from 9:00 PM until 8:00 AM

Parking will be $12.00 per day (subject to change), M-F, evening (after 4:30pm) and weekends are free (but still require a pass) Please make sure you ask for the appropriate passes. Passes can be purchased when you arrive. If you have any questions about parking please give us a call at 204-474-9922.

In the event of a cancellation, we require 48 hours’ notice or there will be a charge for 1 nights stay.

Annual Meeting Workshops

Various workshops are going to be offered on Friday, May 25th of the Annual Meeting which will be included in your registration fee.  A separate registration form will be available on-line in April, once the details are finalized.
