2018 Conference Annual Meeting

The Conference of Manitoba & Northwestern Ontario Annual Meeting will be taking place Thursday, May 24 to Sunday, May 27, 2018 at University Centre at The University of Manitoba.

Information for On-Campus Accommodations

Check in time is any time after 2:00 PM at the Arthur V. Mauro Residence office, located at 120 Dafoe Road University of Manitoba. Our office is open until 9:00 PM. If you will be arriving after 9:00 PM, please contact me via e-mail and I will arrange for security to give you your keys. Security is on duty from 9:00 PM until 8:00 AM

Parking will be $12.00 per day (subject to change), M-F, evening (after 4:30pm) and weekends are free (but still require a pass) Please make sure you ask for the appropriate passes. Passes can be purchased when you arrive. If you have any questions about parking please give us a call at 204-474-9922.

In the event of a cancellation, we require 48 hours’ notice or there will be a charge for 1 nights stay.

Annual Meeting Workshops

Various workshops are being offered in two time slots during the afternoon of Friday, May 25th of the Annual Meeting.  These workshops are included in your registration fee.  Some workshops have limited capacities so register early!

2017 Conference Annual Meeting

M&S Totals . . . To share the good news, a total of 10,415.70 was raised at the annual meeting for the M&S Fund as follows: $5,050.00 from the M&S Fundraiser and $5,365.70 from Sunday worship offering!
